Returns Policy

  1. Any Damages or shortages must be reported upon receipt of delivery via text, email or Whatsapp immediately & damaged cartons to be signed for as damaged by the carrier.
  2. Returns will not be credited unless first agreed.
  3. A GRN (Goods Returns Number) must accompany the goods. No Returns will be accepted without this.
  4. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure returns are delivered back to us successfully and with a GRN.
  5. All agreed returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery and within 7 days of receiving a GRN, failure to do so will invalidate the GRN number and your goods will not be credited.
