Returns Policy
- Any Damages or shortages must be reported upon receipt of delivery via text, email or Whatsapp immediately & damaged cartons to be signed for as damaged by the carrier.
- Returns will not be credited unless first agreed.
- A GRN (Goods Returns Number) must accompany the goods. No Returns will be accepted without this.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure returns are delivered back to us successfully and with a GRN.
- All agreed returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery and within 7 days of receiving a GRN, failure to do so will invalidate the GRN number and your goods will not be credited.
